After your order has been shipped, it usually takes 4-10 business days for it to be delivered to its final destination. Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We will accept returns, assuming you contact us within 30 days of the purchase day and we receive the merchandise within 15 days of first contact. The box must be unopened and in “as new” condition. If any of the DVDs are defective after you open the merchandise we will replace them for the same kind for FREE. We will pay for shipping back in the event that the merchandise is defective or if we sent you the wrong item by mistake, however if you had a change of heart, we will honor the return but shipping will be your responsibility. If the merchandise is returned after opened, some re-stocking fee may apply.
