F.A.Q.

1- Are these DVDs bootleg?

No. These DVD Boxsets are official Chinese release. Brand new and factory sealed.

2- How long will it take to get my order?

After payment is completed and verified, we will start processing your order inmediatelly. Most orders will arrive to their final destination within 10 to 15 business days. However, bare in mind that your package must go through customs and there are rare occasions when customs will withhold the package, delaying the order.

3- Do you ship to APOs?

It bothers us lately how many vendors will state they will not ship to APOs. The reason why they do that is because the mailing process to an APO, mostly coming to China, might be troublesome and we take the risk of losing the merchandise. However, what videozipcode does when we receive an order from APO, is we ship it from China directly to our office in Tupelo MS. When we receive it here, we will ship to to your APO address. In our experience that has proved to improved the delivery process for APOs.

4- Can my DVD player play these DVDs?

We sell internationally, so all of our dvds are region free and support NTSC&PAL format , it could be played on any player which support multi region code (code free) . DVD region codes is a provision in the DVD Specifications that requires DVD players to be hard-coded to accept DVDs that are only meant to be played within one of six designated world regions. A Region 1 disc cannot be played in a Region 3 DVD player for example.

DVD Regions are defined as:
Region 1 US, Canada, US Territories
Region 2 Japan, Europe, South Africa, and Middle east (including Egypt)
Region 3 Southeast Asia and East Asia (including Hong Kong)
Region 4 Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Central America, Mexico, South America and the Caribbean

5- What is the difference between a USA release and an overseas release?

Oversea release is the release outside of USA. Oversea release could be USA studios release their product in the oversea market, or foreign studios release in the local market. For same title, the difference between oversea release and USA release are:
1. package is different. Usually foreign writings on the cover.
2. extra audio added. This is especially true for release in Asia, Japanese/Korean/Chinese/Thai and other languages added.
3. extra subtitles added. Such as Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Spanish, French, and other languages.
4. special or bonus features are different.
5. numbers of how many DVDs maybe different.
